Custom Website Package
Our Custom Website Package is unique from start to finish. It is a highly flexible system that allows for advanced customization, scalability, and long-term growth. Each custom website is hosted by Ebenezer Brands and maintained under our monthly service plan.

A key advantage of this package is ownership flexibility. Should the client decide to discontinue monthly services with us, the website can be transferred to another hosting provider such as WordPress. This ensures continuity, portability, and full access to your digital asset without losing your website investment.

Starter Website Package
The Starter Website Package is designed as a streamlined and cost-effective solution for businesses needing a quick online presence. These websites are built within our proprietary software platform and hosted exclusively by Ebenezer Brands

This website is non-transferable. If services are canceled, the website cannot be migrated to another server or platform, and access to the website and domain would be discontinued. In the event that the Domain name was transferred from a third party to our internal system, the Domain can be transferred back to its originally host. If we provide your Domain, we can help, but do not guarantee transferability to your preferred host. Again, the website design and its contents/data, would be surrendered at cancelation.

AI & Automation Capabilities

Both the Custom Website Package and the Starter Website Package can be integrated with AI tools and automation features to enhance efficiency, customer engagement, and business operations.

However, the Starter Website Package operates within a more limited framework due to its proprietary platform. While it supports essential AI integrations and automation functions, customization options and advanced configurations may be restricted.

The Custom Website Package, offers significantly greater flexibility, scalability, and integration capabilities. It is ideal for businesses that anticipate growth, require advanced automation workflows, or want fewer platform limitations.

If you are uncertain about your future needs or expect your business to expand quickly in the next 3 years, the Custom Website Package is generally the more strategic long-term investment.

Should you choose to cancel your 'Starter Pack' trial, or monthly service with us, you may maintain access to the platform via an initial $29.99 non-refundable fee, granting access for 30 days. The customer can opt to get a monthly subscription of $29.99, that they may cancel at anytime. Services are pro-rated, and balances must be closed. Please note that while platform access requires a paid subscription for the general public, our HITECH platform remains complimentary for all current/active clients. Individual service transactions provide a fixed thirty (30) day access period. Clients with an ongoing active service agreement maintain continuous system access.

We offer a full 360° review of your business operations, no financial documents needed.

You’ll meet with our engineers and systems experts for a few collaborative sessions. We’ll look at how your business currently runs, both digitally and manually, including your internal software, CRM tools, compliance requirements, and any operational challenges. After reviewing everything, we identify what’s working, what’s not, and where you can save time and money. Finally, we walk you through a customized AI Business System built for you, along with a clear investment estimate.

To ensure a seamless transition, we partner with our specialized division, True North Human Capital, to manage the human element of digital transformation. Through tailored upskilling paid programs, we empower your team to transition from legacy processes to high-value roles, ensuring they are fully equipped with the specialized skills required to manage and thrive alongside your new AI infrastructure. (Currently only available to warehousing aisle stacker automation integrators who have displaced forklift operators)

Payment and Cancellation Terms

1. Initial Fees and Promotions All standard service plans require a one-time, non-refundable Initial Setup Fee. This fee is earned upon receipt and is not subject to refund under any circumstances, including early cancellation. Promotional plans may have alternative fee structures as specified at the time of enrollment. (refer to refund policy)

2. Billing Cycle and Pro-Ration Monthly service fees are billed in arrears (after services have been rendered). In the event of mid-cycle changes or cancellations, monthly fees will be pro-rated based on the number of days service was active during the final billing period.

3. Cancellation and Immediate Termination Clients may request cancellation of their monthly plan at any time. Upon receipt of a formal cancellation notice, access to all services and platforms will be terminated immediately. Clients are advised to back up any necessary data prior to submitting a cancellation request.

4. Final Settlement and Account Closure Cancellation does not absolve the Client of existing financial obligations. An account is not considered "Closed" or "In Good Standing" until the final pro-rated balance and any outstanding arrears are paid in full. We reserve the right to withhold final account closure and pursue collection for any unpaid balances.

We reserve the right to report delinquent accounts to credit reporting agencies or pursue collection remedies as permitted by law. Accounts more than 90 days past due may be reported to applicable credit bureaus or referred to a collection agency in accordance with federal and state law.

The "Clean Break" Rule:

Writing Required: All cancellations must be in writing.

Deposits: Deposits are non-refundable to cover technical setup and engineering time.

Access: Once canceled, access to the website build or automation engine is forfeited.

Contract Primacy: Your specific contract/SOW holds the final word on your unique project terms.
